ایک سنگتراش جس نے برسوں
ھیروں کی طرح صنم تراشے
آج اپنے صنم کدے میں تنہا ھے
مجبور نڈھال زخم خردہ
دن رات پڑھا ریہتا ھے

چہرے اجاڑ زندگی کے
لمہات کی انگنت خراشیں
آنکھوں کی شکستھ مرقدوں میں
روتی ھوی حسرتوں کی لاشیں

سانسوں کی تھکن بدن کی ٹھنڈک
احساس سے کب تلک لہو کے
ھاتوں میں کہاں سکت بڑھ کر
خود ساختھ پیکروں کے جھولے

یہ زخم تلن یہ نامرادی
ھر بات کے لبوں پہ ھے تبسم
اے تیشابدست دیوتاوں
انسان جواب چاھتا ھے
