Basmati Rice (half boiled) one plate
Chicken 1/2 cup
onion 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tablespon
Ajinomoto to taste
Directions
Fry chicken and add onion with ginger.
Now add salt, aginomotto, soy sauce and mix them.
Now add rice and garam masala.
Now put them on dam for 2 minutes. Your delicious chicken masala is ready, serve it with salad.
