HUNGO: Key associate of Hakimullah Mehsud arrested HUNGO: A key associate of Taliban commander Hakimullah Mehsud including two other extremists has been arrested in the Du-aaba area of Hungo Wednesday.
According to DSP Du-aaba of District Hungo, NWFP, extremist commander Mohammad Shah alias Maamy was arrested in a raid, while his other associated escaped.
DSP said that Mohammad Shah is a Taliban commander in Du-aaba and known as a key associate of Hakimullah Mehsud.
He was wanted for attacks on security forces, kidnapping and other crimes.
Another extremist Muslim Khan has also been arrested in Du-aaba previous day, the sources said.
